it got very wet at the visit in Kirkland OH with GWB & family on Saturday. I wore it first at a garden party. The invite came with a BLANK hat that we were to decorate. I went patriotic.. all others went flowers etc.
I think I was the only NON RAT there.. but I do believe in letting people know who I am & where I stand.
I will get a LOT of use out of that hat. (yes, I have worn it to church on July 4)...
People usually love it until they get close & read the buttons ( one is from the DC FREepers from Reagan's funeral activities... and rest GWB all the way!)
Glad you were nervy enough to wear that hat to the party and show everyone how much sense you have. Who knows, maybe you're doing some good. If W takes Ohio, we'll know why. :)
