I did a little searching on different versions of swiftvets.com and found a DNC mirror site at swift-vets.com.
The only difference is the dash between swift and vet. Could this be the site in question?

I have no idea about all the false sites. I got the impression that they have used different iterations of Swift vets, Swiftboat -- singular, plural, letters switched, the usual typos, etc.
I just double check and go from the home page of the Swiftvets.com.
