Call your credit card company NOW and demand they cancel the transaction.

....And sue the website for mail fraud. Call your local police and advise them, this is a federal offence if it is mail fraud over state lines.

You've been the victim of a crime, make sure you file a police report with your local police department. Also call your credit card company, ask to speak to a fraud specialist, and report the incident of fraud. Ensure that they issue you a new account number and immediately cancel the old one, lest this be some scam by hackers to farm credit card accounts.

Ensure that you forward the copy of the police report to the hosting company and demand that they remove the website immediately. You're welcome to find a lawyer and try to seek damages, but I doubt that it will get very far. If your local police department doesn't automatically forward reports to the FBI for computer crime, make sure you also file a crime report with them as well.
