That is a criminal assault. Has anyone heard whether charges will be brought? Someone needs to contact the victim and have him press charges against the union thug. It's a slam dunk case. It would be a slam dunk civil case as well.

I think the headline in the newspaper should be:

UNION THUGS ATTACK BUSH SUPPORTER. KERRY DOES NOTHING TO STOP THEM.
