The American Legion is a non-partisan organisation, so that keeps the current Commanders from making a statement. As a member of the American Legion in a Democratic State and area I have spoken with the other members and found they will not be voting for John Kerry.
Medals and Time in Viet nam are not the reason to vote for a man, What he did when he came home is inexcusable as is his votes in the Senate against every weapons system our service men needed. His vote to raise taxes and even place a 50 cent a gallon tax on gasoline. His Hillary care proposal that he knows damned well wont fly. The list goes on.

Another story for the MSM to spike. How many times President Bush went to Guard drills in Alabama thirty years ago is much more important than who might be the best leader in the war on terror.

The MSM is going to bury any mention of this. Nov.3 could be a day of reckoning for a lot of MSM editors; The companies are run by bottom-line boards and politics be darned. Backing a loser, like JFK , unconditionally would not be good for the bottom-line.
