You think we should care what these country want?

Absolutely - it's good validation that we're supporting the right guy.
Kind of like when I'm not sure what district candidate or proposition to vote for -- I just open up the old San Jose Murky News and find out who they support and I vote the opposite.

Frankly I'd be concerned if the cheese munching surrender monkies across the Ocean supported Bush. Their solution to the terrorism problem is to curl up into the fetal position and suck their thumbs, and hope it 'all goes away'...

In Thailand, I can get English Language News on CNN, BBC, USA Today (International), International Hearld Tribune, Nation and Bangkok Post. With this input, Who would you expect the Thai People to support? The reason GWB rates as well as he does there is the impression he gave in person and in Thai media during the last ASEAN trade meeting.

You know, I don't doubt this story for a second.

I could not care less what THEY think, any more than I care whether a mosquito cares when I slap it.

They are some liberals in the democratic party who think the same way

What i want to know is why people in europe voluntarily let the government walk all over their lives? are they stupid or just suckers for pain?

Regarding hte article i just have to tell the world off:

greetings world:

I am an intelligent and mildly grouchy american individual who really could not give a donkey twaddle what you think about the united states. Please, if you have any concerns or questions write them on a piece of paper and then promptly stick them up your backside.

You may enjoy getting stuck up the backside by your government but in america we do not like it.

love,
grouchy american

Sotrry Dude, but you are WRONG!!

The ENTIRE european press has been AGAINST George Bush since BEFORE the 2000 election. Ater he was elected they went nuts.

George Bush could kiss Schröder's, Chiraq's & Co.s butts until his tongue turned brown and it would make ZERO difference in the opinion of the Euroweenies. They HATE him - always have and always will.

The ONLY way George Bush could win favour among the unwashed masses in Europe would be to become Bill Clinton!

The urinals don't really care about Bush the person - it is the very idea of America as a sovereign nation [i.e. not beholden to Europe or the UN] which makes them insane. President Bush is just the current target of opportunity.

If George Washington were alive today and made the statements he made 200+ years ago - he would be burned at the stake [figuativley] by the Europeans!

The Europeans are so far to the "left" that the "right" is to the left of center. The American "right" is for them so extreme - it MUST be evil.

I think the europeans get more liberal each year. I suspect that if their present rate of degeneration continues, in 5 years they will be calling each other comrade and will be forced to work in sausage factories (and have their prized horses slaughtered by the government for sausage meat).

why? because they think the government is their bestest fweind in de whooollle world.

If you strike the part about "until we won the cold war" you have a point.

I doubt they have send any money to any country that has suffered a natural disaster

Not true - For the record, there are often calls in the european media for disaster relief and the governments DO send aid for a a wide variety of disasters.

No, it's not. I just now ran the search and caught it before posting. When this was posted, it was only copy of this exact article.

BTTT!

And I'm not going to be letting this go, because I'm over 400 years American--not some European whose grandpappy came crawling up in NY a century ago and who can't let go of all that. ...point is, we should be Americans and let our pet Euro-cesspools go. We're here for good reasons.

So yes, most Italians and Germans hate our President, too, but I already knew that. Notice that Russia isn't mentioned here, BTW.

"Kerry was strongly preferred...including Norway (74 percent compared with Bush's seven percent), Germany (74 percent to 10 percent), France (64 percent to five percent), the Netherlands (63 percent to six percent), Italy (58 percent to 14 percent) and Spain (45 percent to seven percent).

Even in Britain,...[for Kerry] 47 percent to 16 percent.

Kerry was also greatly favored among Canadians by 61 percent to Bush's 16 percent and among the Japanese by 43 percent to 23 percent. ...Britain, the Czech Republic, Italy, the Netherlands, the Dominican Republic, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Japan, Norway and Spain."

This is something we need to know. ...no more backstabbing by slippery international pseudo-friends.

Guten tag.

I would be quite willing to send Kerry to a white house in any one of those 30 countries.
