Unbelievable. There must be some way to replace this guy before the election.

Why is it that when a Republican goes against his party he is a "maverick", and Zell Miller is a "turncoat?"

Yeah? And after the mountain folk drag you into the woods, what then?

So, Bush will win the Electoral College by 99 votes instead of 100.

My understanding is that he is allowed to do that. Hey, in this case it would suck but that's how the Framers set it up. Right?

I can tell you what the S.O.B.'s "options" ought to be--either federal or state prison. A-hole.
To: Bonaventure
How the heck do these people get picked? Can't they find an actual Republican to do the job?

I have to wonder if this is his way of getting attention.

That's a good point. If this guy's vote matters, I assume he'll be on board.
To: Bonaventure
Talk about undermining democracy... If I were a WV voter, I'd be leading an effort to remove him from the WV delegation.
To: Bonaventure
Im guessing the GOP folks will have words of warning if he did such a thing. One of his options includes "Not voting for bush and ending up in a hospital by some 'maverick' Bush voters". No advocating it, but its certainly within the possibility. He wont have the guts to vote against his states will... Mark my words.

There has to be a way to replace this boob.

Geez, with such an elitist, self-centered arrogance, you'd think he'd just be a Democrat.

I say let's look at 'our' options, and see how we can get rid of the piece of #@$%* out of the electoral voting so he can't sabotage our country.
To: Bonaventure
Simple Solution: Take his name off of the ballot for Nov 2 if he cannot pledge to vote GOP.
To: Bonaventure
"It's not likely that I would vote for Kerry," Robb said. "But I'm looking at what my options are when it comes time to cast my vote."TRANSLATION: "My vote is up for bids."

(We need a President who not only is living in the present, but understands it.)
To: Bonaventure
Contact the chairman of Robb's district and have him removed. He was not voted elector to go against his party.
