You are correct. When I used the word "urban" I was actually referring to a dichotomy of two sectors (those who live in the countryside and those who don't).

Your defining it finer by separating urban (city) from suburbs is more on target.

If they're clever, they know that the suburbs are the easiest target. Furthermore, I think they think that a suburb is most representative of America - that it would be a strike at most of what is the "Great Satan."

I don't know which way it would cut. Around here, jeez. This place (north of Detroit) is so full of mushy-headed soccer moms...
