Doesn't Kerry's brother kinda look like Kevin Cronin, lead singer of REO Speedwagon?

I wonder if AP reported the muffed cheers that went up when he announced that 1000th death.

Crowds at Dem rallies always look like such sad sack losers. That's probably because that's what they are.

Democratic Presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass, makes a statement to the media regarding the 1,000th U.S. combat death in Iraq after arriving at Covington International Airport in Erlanger, Ky. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004.What a pompous a$$ he is to be using these heroes' deaths as a campaign boost for himself!

You can always count on Kerry for two poses:
1. The gay fashion designer thanking the crowd for coming to the show while standing on the runaway hands in prayer kiss the index finger while nodding the head phony humble acknowledgement of "applause"
and...
2. The point.
I'm so going to miss this a-hole after he's kicked to the curb in November.

Kerry tries to lock up the all-important North Carolina Buddhist vote.

Saint Kerry with a rose, in and out of the garden he goes.
The summer sun, the wind and the rain.
wherever he goes the people all complain.

Has anyone ever wondered just how many ordinary people are at these get togethers of his? Subtract out the media types, his personal entourage and then the local DEM politicians and I am asking myself--how many people are really there?

from his politization of the issue it's clear he doesn't care much about the 3000 who died on 9/11 or the other troops who've perished in Afghanistan or other places around the world fighting terrorism. Everything is a political calculation in this zombie's mind.

What is with that praying pose? I see that one seven or eight times per day. The only other person that I can remember doing that a lot was Johnny Carson. Perhaps it is a "John" thing...

I wonder if there was more than 40 people at the town hall meeting.

Well I note that the kerry photos are always cropped, while GW's often are wideangle to show the crowd
