Thank you!!!! EVERY military person I know, veterans and active, reserves........................EVERYONE of them has said the EXACT SAME THING YOU HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can give you an example from my own record. I took Firefighter Instructor Training, and that requires a special physical. I completed the training, however I decided NOT to pursue being a Firefighter Instructor (I was needed elsewhere) ...hence I never reported for the next FF Instructor Physical, a much more comprehensive physical (much like a pilot) than for a regular reserve...it was NOT needed.

When Bush stopped flying, he did not need the much longer version of "the hurry up and wait" physical.

If I had run for public office (bite my tongue) they would have accused me of missing my physical.
