The thing that struck me is that Kerry cannot even make a "joke" without putting his foot in his mouth. He doesn't know what is proper and what is not because he really hasn't been around regular people.

You just don't make a statement like that with all the problems we've had re: the Washington Sniper and all the added protection for the President since 9/11...

But WAIT! He was at that meeting back in the early 70's where they discussed the killing of certain senators.....

Boy, what a dumb comment to make! Unreal! But, the MSM won't pick up on it.....

Thirty years ago Kerry was at a meeting of VVAW where they discussed assassinating Federal officials who supported a war to which they objected.

Yesterday Kerry slams President Bush for supporting a war to which he objects. Then, holding a shotgun in his hand, Kerry "jokes" that -- unfortunately -- he can't bring the shotgun to his debate (and, by implication, assassinate that President).

I hope that this comment brings more attention to his actions as a leader of VVAW, possibly the most treacherous and least explored part of Kerry's past.
