The families of the terrorists are still alive, and it would seem that they are free and well. The torture seems to be limited to threats of violence, hardly comparable to the cowardly, murderous rampage of their relatives.
I think yall misunderstand. I wasn't talking about Russia. I was saying that whatever the Chechens believed that the Russians had previously done, that nothing justified this type of retaliation and that they had crossed a line from soldiers to terrorists. I wasn't commenting on how Russia handling this attack.
