Throw in all the pictures from Russia and Israel showing the recent carnage of terrorists and people will become even more solidly behind Bush. The recent attack against the school children in Chechnya shook a lot of "soccer moms" into reality about terror. They don't trust Kerry with their children's safety.

While we certainly can enjoy the show as Kerry seems to implode, let's not get too complacent. We still will have to contend with voter fraud in every metropolitan area, just like there was in 2000. Before the election, we'll see innumerable hit pieces on President Bush, including the Kitty Kelley tome and related gleeful TV coverage.

We must keep working as though GWB were five points behind - talk to people, write letters to the editors, volunteer to work at headquarters, drive Republicans to the polls if they don't have a way to get there.

McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis, and now Kerry... a proud Democrat legacy.

It is a terrible shame that this entire piece didn't appear on the front page of the NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Chicago Trib., Philly Inquirer, and all the rest.

On this message board, he's kind of "preaching to the choir".

The best way to gain converts is taking your message to the "un-believers".

I wonder if there isn't a way to post this entire piece on "MoveOn.org"???

Imagine you're a terrorist in Iraq. If Kerry wins you lay low, knowing that foreign troops are never coming in, but that Kerry, running for reelection in 08 has to keep his word to get the troops out. What do you do? A 4 year siesta, that's what.

It will not be the first time Kerry aided enemies of our nation to kill our soldiers. Kerry's MO is to encourage the nations's enemies to hold on and hold on until he can manipulate political matters to ensure their victory and accrue power to himself. He did it in the 1970s; he'll do it again as President, and he will care little for the military lives lost.

Good piece, but the unemployment rate in January and February 2001 was 4.2% (vs. 5.4% now, down from 6.3% in mid-2003).

One correction:

Gallup's new poll is Bush 52%, Kerry at 45%

Not 52-47

We swear one day a shrink is going to look at the Kerry campaign and use it as a case study showing a quick descent into madness.

A la Al Gore. Two peas in a pod. Both of communist fathers who lived their lives to be president, trying to appear mainstream on one hand and spewing socialism on the other.

One question I'd ask of any presidential candidate: "Did you want to be president when you were 20?" Immediately disqualified if they answered yes.

I really can't imagine what Kamp Kerry were thinking... that the RNC was not going to have a convention? That the RNC convention would be lousey? They have had a free ride for so long with the MSM, breathing their own exhaust fumes, they are stunned that their opposition is effective.

How does Kerry react to all this? Same way he dealt with the swiftees - they are LIARS! DISTORTIONS! Get angry.. it's all WRONG WRONG WRONG! Leaking the Clinton phone conversation was SABATOGE! and on and on...

Unfit is an understatement.
