According to Pravda, there is a Chechen terrorist that goes by the nickname Polkovnik. His real name is Magomed Khadzhimuradov.
Maybe this is the same guy, but who knows.
He was arrested in Ingushetia last year I believe, but must have been turned loose or escaped? I don't know. But this ties in with the demand of the scum who took the school that those Ingush prisoners be freed.
