We're viewing this through our own ideological prism, but I can't imagine anyone being inspired by this of any stripe. This is awful. How many words has he stumbled over? When Bush stumbles over a word it makes headlines.
I am starting to believe the Clinton conspiracy bit. I think he's getting bad advice and his head is in a spin.
