Exactly my thoughts, "moves were not a sign of panic" if Bush had done this it would be "Ha! This move proves the bush camp is panicking, this is the biggest error that could be made!" Nope, no Bias here, nothing to see, move along now...
This would make me sick except I don't think anyone is falling for it.
