Title a little confusing too. Did the accident happen IN the hurricaine, or was the accident caused in part by gale-force wind or driving rain?
Who knows..sadly, there was probably no earthly reason for them to be out on the road. BT..didn't know that Bowden's former son in law was named "Madden"
