Actually, based on last week, I'd say it's time to expand the occupation of Chechnya, move in more Russian settlers, and to hell with the Chechnyans. Coulterize 'em!

Yep let the Chechnyans have all the land and see if the "theoretical" effectiveness of a neutron bomb is correct in vivo as opposed to in vitro destruction of life but preservation of hard assets.

I'd be worried about anything these two have cooked up. It sucks to be a muzzy now and for the foreseeable future.
