US Ambasador to Russia is giving through Russian Red Cross. US Red Cross is accepting donations for Russian and Beslan relief.

Unfortunately the Red Cross will eat up the donations in administrative costs, while $ given to http://www.moscowhelp.org/ will all go DIRECTLY TO THE VICTIMS.
