It will be an emotional experience for me. I hope to get into the city early enough that I can visit "The Wall". Gary had wanted me to drive in to it when we were in MD in February but I got chicken when I thought of the traffic and how to find a parking space that was close enough for him. Now I could kick myself for not having made the side trip. We thought that there would be another chance to do it.

I'm looking forward to seeing any of the DC FReepers who are there. Do you meet somewhere before something like this or just come across each other in the crowd?

Carla and I are going to stay a couple of nights at her dad's in Pasadena, MD. On Sunday we will drive in to a Metro station and take the train in and walk. Do you or anyone know of suggestions to make for us?
