"Strangest thing but I still have this gut feeling that this is what Wesley Clarke was saying was going to ruin Kerry's campaign. He had said this off the record and for some reason I think he knew something about this. "

If Clarke knew about it then the Clintons know about it, and it will be revealed according to their schedule and timetable.

First of all, it depends on what they are investigating. I think too much attention is being paid to the non-issue of the "V" device on the SS. As indicated, the first PH and the issuance of new medals are more important, i..e, the Lehman connection.

I agree. As for which award is "most important," I suppose arguments can be made from all sorts of angles. The 1st PH seems to be the most vulnerable to being ruled improvidently granted (by the public, official action not being so much relevant in a political race). Once one award is drawn into serious question, the others will suddenly become more vulnerable. Serendipity will decide which domino is the first to fall, if any.

The Lehman connection, and obtaining replacement medals is not as big a deal, in my mind, as falsification of event reports in order to obetain the award in the first place. But, I know that each observer is more or less affected by each chink in Kerry's facade. In the end, it doesn't matter which chink results in distrust of candidate Kerry.

My personal opinion is that Hillary is the kiss of the death of Democrats...

I agree IF you have an honest election and if Slick remains alive.

The electronic voting machines can be "fixed" in 5 minutes--somebody tried it and timed it from the time they picked the lock on the door till they walked back out and relocked the door.

Now think back one or two days to how the people HERE (who know exactly what the Scumbag is) were reacting to his illness. Many were flaming anyone who wasn't praying for his immediate and total recuperation. Imagine the people out there who never knew or don't remember Chinagate, Filegate, 100 other gates and a ton of unusual deaths...

Now consider if someone Fosterizes him. OK, heart attacks him rather than shooting him, but he gets dead and we have a full week of MSM covering the funeral which would treat him like a hero and a wonderful ex-president who gave us the best prosperity, peace, etc until we all gag to death.

I think the Beast might ride that corpse right into the White House, propelled by electronic fraud and foolish emotional hysteria. Please, God, protect us from that.

Isn't Brinkley the guy who tailored F'n's biography to whatever F'n told him to put down?

Technically it's a Hagiography.

hag·i·og·ra·phy [ hàggee óggrəfee, hàyjee óggrəfee ] (plural hag·i·og·ra·phies)

noun

1. biography of saint: biography of a saint or the saints

2. biography revering its subject: biography that treats its subject with undue reverence

I've been thinking the same thing. What happens if tne Navy comes out and declares that according to their records all of Fn's medals are legit.

The RATs would use that to totally discredit the SBVT, and W would suffer a big political price as well. I'm not so sure this issue is a slam dunk winner for us.

See # 142. I mean if Bush has to beat Hillary, her theft of furnishings from the White House would just have to come up again. (Sorry for the confusion.)

Now come on now. There is no way the Navy will find against our Vietnam War Hero. I am sure the Navy is crawling with pro-sKerry supporters (sarcasm/off)

It's too late for Hitlery to get on the ballot in most states, the Rats have been trying like crazy to keep Nader off and he filed a long time ago so their lawyers would have to do a 180. Don't think a write in is in the cards.

The DNC can change candidate at any time, up to the date the electors (not us, voters) cast their ballots in December.

What the DNC won't be able to easily do, and they may not care, is change the name of the presidential candidate on the voters ballot in each and every state. But naming the presidential candidate on the voters ballot is merely a convenience for voters. When the voter pulls a party lever, the voter's vote actually goes to an elector. Electors and their alternates have already been timely named by their respective parties.

As a practical matter, the DEM party wants to come up with a scenario that results in obtaining a majority of the electors' votes. But there is no legal impediment to changing the candidate -- even after the November election (it would be bizarre, but it is legal and possible).

See http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/3/ch1.html <-- 3 USC 1

US Code, Title 3 CHAPTER 1 - PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES

The DEM party has been fighing against Nader's PARTY, not just Nader the candidate.

"Hillary comes on her white horse"

You people need to put that idea to bed.
I see no way it can happen.

The Dimwits will lick their wounds and go on to
fight in 2008.
They selected a total moron to run this time, because not one dimwit voter in 10,000 had ever heard of J Fing K or had any idea who he was or what he had done.

I will also admit that I had no idea who he was, and I can name more US Senators then 95% of the voters.

It is obvious that he was a no-show as a Senator and a total looser to boot.

Here's his shadow Kerry, his loyal puppet in the senate for the past 20 years, the reason the small state of Massachusetts always has TWO senate vote on any issue, and Kenney's nowhere to be seen defending his buddy!

Kerry doesn't want to be associated with Teddy at all at this point in the election process. Kerry is trying to play down and obscure the fact that he is the #1 liberal in the Senate.

wouldn't surprise me, but the dike wouldn't win.
she would lose by more than kerry.

America despises her.
Other women despise her.
only her dyke constituency and their compatriots in communism woudl stick. the core.
35 percent hillary
62 percent bush.

end of hillary's political career as rudy sharpens the long knives for her senate seat.

It might be interesting to see why Kerry, who apparently requested a DD-215 to "correct" his DD-214 to add bronze stars to his Vietnam Service Medal, DIDN'T correct the very obvious error relative to the "V" on the Silver Star.

He probably didn't know that the SS didn't need a "V" device.

So do YOU think Hillary will run?

Well, she won't have to "run" if her name comes up late enough in the cycle. I doubt her name will be any ballot. But that does not mean she cannot obtain the Office of President (see Gerald Ford).

I doubt though, that she'll be considered as a Presdential candidate this year, in any event. She might be named as VP candidate. There is no down side to that. She can't be a loser without running, so there is no harm to her crowd appeal by being on a losing ticket.

I have thought for many months that the DEM party would not have Kerry as its candidate come November. But that's just my imaginative speculation working overtime. KErry is worse than a zero, he is a fraud, and if that is uncovered before the election (his character should be accurately presented before the election, for the good of the country), then it would be best for the country if he withdrew from contention, don't you agree?

You people need to put that idea to bed.

And you people need to lighten up and enjoy the commiecRATs self-destruction.

They selected a total moron

There really is no reason for you to be insulting morons by comparing them to commiecRATs.
Even idiots would resent such a comparsion.

</ sa mode>

Seriously though I do agree with your "Kerry the unknown" assessment.
I had no idea until this election that Kerry was the commie who bad mouthed vets back in 71. I remember throwing things at my TV back then.
I'll forgive him the same day I forgive his girlfriend Jane "Hanoi" Fonda.

You are correct, but only a few seem to be understanding that and I think many just don't want to understand it.

Remember in 2000 how Bob Bechtel* was threatening to go around to various Electors to convince them or bribe them to cast their vote for Gore? (*IIRC it was Bechtel. Might have been some other Rat.) Though Bechtel or whoever either chickened out or failed in his attempts, the threat was there and it was a serious one.

Also, remember way back in '72 IIRC that one elector cast a vote for the Libertarian. IMO those things are far more strange than what you've laid out and they are not speculation--they happened. They're history.
