Okay...beeber off. But, if you're going to be deep, deep cover, let me know next time...my beeber has a hair-trigger this morning!

Any timing is good. DId you notice on Drudge that Bin Laden is close to being captured. That is what is great about being an incumbent. Go Bush !!

I would like to see a two minute spot for Bush, where they flash the the face of each terrorist from the deck of cards, with voice overs describing each person's fate. I think it would be stunning.
It could end with, "Despite what you hear, the War on Terrorism is working."

I agree. It makes the weather people look so stupid. OK , it is raining and the wind is strong. Just tell us.

In all seriousness, I really do expect Bin-Laden to get popped before election day. My conspiracy goes like this, and I think it's somewhat reasonable.
I believe Musharraf and his intelligence service knows where Bin-Laden is hiding out close enough to bag him with an all-out effort. I believe Musharraf will do this in October on his own, giving a big boost to Bush, and then trying to call in this 'chip' from Bush repeatedly in the next 4 years.

That would be so cool......of course, the timing would be questioned!
/sarcasm for "great justice!"

Rove's wife will be glad that he's not living in their basement anymore... Now she's just waiting for Bin-Laden to get out of the house. Must wait till October... LOL; good one!

Still 71 million in unclaimed bounties out there! Funny how dictators like to be called 'president' because democracies have presidents and democracy is a very powerful idea in the world.

What I find incredible is that all these leaders are pussies. If I were them, I would never be taken alive. They want everyone else to die for the cause, but they are not willing to walk the walk.

He was in a clinic getting treatment..still in the process of confirming identify.....No official confirmation... ""
I can understand wanting to be 1000% sure of who he is, BUT how many redheads were serving in Saddam's Army of thugs.? What nationality is he, anyway? Most of the Iraqi pics we have seen show a very definate black haired populace.

Man. That is a new kind of UGLY. Kind of resembles G. Gordon Liddy, doesn't he?

I would love to see Bin-Laden in captivity, held by Iraqi Army, with support of coalition troops. When the Old Media asks, "who captured him," each coalition spokesman could say...a la "Spartacus"...something like "we, the coalition, at the behest of the Iraqi nation."

Can't say any more than that. But watch for it.
I don't think there's election timing ivolved so much as other factors.

No kidding...he kinda' stands out in the crowd. Al-Douri could totally change his appearance but he is so radically arrogant, even if he was wearing a Spiderman costume, one could never mistake him once he opened his mouth.

Last night, Geraldo looked like he was doing the St. Vitas dance, bouncing around in the wind gusts. Fox News on the weekends is almost unwatchable with their pathetic Fox and Friends crew.
