Of course they're human. They're mentally ill with a sickness called islam.

These islamist terrorists have no souls, no conscience, no respect whatsoever for human life.

This is no new news...they have been targeting civilians for as long as I can remember. But this time these scumbags deliberately targeted INNOCENT CHILDREN for their terror.

I hope that this terrible event will be a turning point for Russia in the war on islamic terrorism. I think it will be.
