Russians are drunks, and losers?

Nobody is in position to criticize the way they handled the situation. They had no time, they did what they could!! It would have been far worse without them.

But I'm sure that you can handle sort of situation more profesionally by far.

Severe alcohol problems nationally, and severe hazing problems for the entire first year of every new recruit's service in the army have tremendous consequences on the ability of the Russian people to protect themselves from the barbaric enemies attacking them.

The Russians have to clean up their act, especially in the army, or they will continue to "secure the area without securing the area".
