His name is Darnell Summers and he spent his Vietnam Tour in Long Binh Jail. We was part of this Black Panthers group. He always likes to sign his name SP4 Darnell Summers USArmy 1966 to 1970. He really hates it when you point out he only made SP4 in four years when Elvis Prestly made E5 in only two years.
