I remember that now. I hope we can help some of the burned kids.
I agree with Anna....well written & I hope you do it.
We need to kill all these devils now. Not later. Now.
Their sympathizers and apologists will also be dealth with, in due time.
Wow, powerfully written. Occasionally you come across a post that rings like a bell, and yours is one of them. I agree with AnnaZ -- get that to a newspaper.
I just went to DU (for the first time) and looked for any mention of this atrocity and found nothing. I don't know if a searched everywhere because I felt unclean just looking there.
How very sad, there really aren't words for this. I understand their anger, but the government, like our US prior to Sep 11, never really imagined this kind of terror. Hopefully, the govt can get send in some people to help organize and help people find their loved ones, because clearly, even the survivors with no one lost are just too traumitized to organize right now, and organizing and creating routine for these people is key right now, part of the healing, to help them cope with the chaos and death around them.
I am positively livid and sick at the lack of media attention this horrific event has received. We get wall-to-wall "it's raining in Florida" and Bubba ate one too many cheeseburgers -- what happened in Russia is comparable to 9/11 and should be treated as such. The fleeting reports and ticker info is minimalizing the severity and brutality of this attack. We'd hear more about some 10-yr-old taking a pen knife to school than we've heard about this! It makes me sick to my stomach.

My thoughts exactly. Maybe it's because of Hurricane Frances, I don't know, but the news coverage of this atrocity has been abysmal. I agree, this is the worse thing to happen in the world since September 11, and it has been no more than a blip on the radar screen. That's shameful!
The UK journalists are at least on the job, notwithstanding the Guardian's evident bias. Maybe C-Span will put on the BBC to get focus on this.
What the hell????
At some point someone of import is going to have to stand up all call out this depraved, deranged, murderous death cult for what it is. That's step number one. Step two is to put it down like the mad dog it is.
The Media are purposefully ignoring this story - at our peril!
Maybe.
Care to speculate just what it might be the quisling media's trying to hide by not covering such a story?
What are they afraid of?
And who exactly makes the call to excersize their "Sin of Omission" tack?
Wouldn't you like to know their name(s)?
I've an idea what might be *upset* that'd prompt such strange, self destructive behavior.
...but I'd rather hear your take.
What is the official charity for this? I want to donate money to survivors, does anyone know?
The left-leaning decision makers in the international mainstream media, and the left-leaning leaders who occupy seats of national/international power, especially in congress and on the federal judiciary have but one ultimate, long-term aim: one-world socialism, in which the select global elite (far superior to the masses in instinct and intellect) call all the shots.
I am not necessarily intimating that the one-worlders are in cahoots with radical Islam there are many brands of evil in this world, and not all of them work in conjunction with one another. But, if the deaths of hundreds, if not thousands, of innocents who meet their grisly fate at the hands of violent Islamic madmen are going to serve as a roadblock toward the realization of the global leftist agenda, then those deaths must be minimized.
And the reason such human atrocities threaten the realization of the global leftist agenda is that, if placed repeatedly (as they should be) before the eyes of America, they threaten to arouse (especially in once proud and liberty-defensive Americans) anger, connect-the-dots suspicion, and burning desires for retribution to the degree that those emotions will result in an increased sense of nationalism, patriotism, and a renewed resolve to protect and defend our people, our borders and our national security. All of which would serve to slow our journey toward the borderless, nation-less, global socialist utopia (governed, of course, by the select elite). Shorter-term myopically they would also not serve J. F. Kerrys election interests.
ABC News once stated that, immediately after 9/11, the reason they chose not to anymore show the videos of the planes crashing into the WTC Towers was for the children (the standard, nauseating leftist faux-altruistic cover-up for their genuine motives): We actually talked to a number of psychologists, who told us that kids seeing this over and over were unable to distinguish that this was something that was not happening again and again. (Such media decision-makers are also those who insist on running stories about the benefits of placing the children in ten-hour-a-day daycare, and the benefits of allowing women to abort the children who would serve to be an inconvenience to their lifestyle. Their duplicity is wickedness at its worst).
The CNN explanation as to why they do not show such graphic images of the effects of terrorism is that it is simply a matter of having regard for the sensitivities of our audience.
At the same time that they are refusing to allow the American public to see the results of terrorist atrocities, these same decision makers, and their allies in Hollywood, are promoting such factual visual documentary productions as Michael Moores piece of propagandistic filth, in which he insinuates that Americas incursions into Iraq and Afghanistan were programmed in order to benefit Dick Cheneys capitalist (*gasp*) pocketbook.
Just as radical Islam is obsessed with bringing the world to its knees in front of the great Allah, so, too, are the global one-world leftists obsessed with bringing the world to its knees in front of the chosen elite. Its simply a matter of power. To both insidious movements, human life is relatively immaterial in the progress toward what they perceive as the inevitable greater end -- an end which will result in the enslavement of the majority of mankind anyway, whether to Allah or to men who perceive themselves as gods.

Powerful and true.
You should be in higher public office than you are. If I sound like a broken record, maybe that's what it will take. Are you listening?
Uh-huh.
True, & goes without saying (~to those who still can think).
"But, if the deaths of hundreds, if not thousands, of innocents who meet their grisly fate at the hands of violent Islamic madmen are going to serve as a roadblock toward the realization of the global leftist agenda, then those deaths must be minimized."
Yea, ain't that a fact.
And since they control the nation's primary information highways it's rather easy for 'em to really screw things up in their favor; in fact, it's child's play.
"And the reason such human atrocities threaten the realization of the global leftist agenda is that, if placed repeatedly (as they should be) before the eyes of America, they threaten to arouse (especially in once proud and liberty-defensive Americans) anger, connect-the-dots suspicion, and burning desires for retribution to the degree that those emotions will result in an increased sense of nationalism, patriotism, and a renewed resolve to protect and defend our people, our borders and our national security. All of which would serve to slow our journey toward the borderless, nation-less, global socialist utopia (governed, of course, by the select elite)."
Really, I knew you knew.
Just wanted to hear you articulate the truth as -- it seems -- only you can, joanie. (~your magnificent mind & all that?)
Thanks, my friend.
...whadda mess we're in, huh.
"His visit was a publicity stunt," said Zoya, who could not find her niece. "They should have done everything so that not even one child died. But they didnt."
What to do with Chechens?
and, "How do you prevent someone from bayoneting a baby?"
