I hope we're all taking the threat to our own schools and children seriously enough. They would do the same to kids in the USA.
As my oldest daughter just pointed out to me, God has a special love for children. The Islamist beasts that committed this outrageous sin will have a very special welcome from our Father. If you think that Islam is a religion of peace and does not condone this slaughter, ask yourself why the Islamic world is not consumed by grief and contrition.
Our schools, theaters, etc are sitting ducks FITZ.....
FWIW.There's a movie,"Toy Soldiers",that's about a private school in the U.S. that's taken over by narco-terrorists.The school has explosives planted all over it and one of the terrorists has a control with him at all times to set off the demolition.
It's just a movie but there are enough similarities in it to what happened in Russia that I've been surprised nobody has mentioned it.
Muslims will be the dominant power in Europe in another 25-30 years. This is a wakeup call to the world.
This is the first I've heard that this was a Christian school.
My blood boils at the media for submerging that fact.

Perhaps, because of Columbine and the other tragedies that we've faced, we have a leg up on at least making such a tragedy more difficult for terrorists.
I wonder if Russian schools have had guards in the past? Does anyone know?
It is heartbreaking. Little children going off to school, carrying bouquets, their hearts full of the message of Jesus, newly learned in summer camp...
What comes to mind is Herod's slaughter of the innocents.

I have no words, either. I just sit here with tears in my eyes reading these threads, praying that Putin will do something.
