I am in awe of the power of the media to cover for this phony.

Oh really. They are doing a pi$$poor job of it. The only people the media is deluding is themselves. Their lies get countered faster than they can make them up.

Well ... Kerry's history is no secret, and he was elected to the Senate a few times. Clinton was elected twice. A significant fraction of the public is still "informed" by the mass media (unlike us, who have the benefit of reasoned, critical, and fact-based dialogue) and is not intelligent enough to figure out that Kerry is a con-man. He's a con-man as hollow at those Kenyan e-mails, and people fall for those too. The primary media has YET to show objectivity, and yet, my impression is that the vast majority of the public acts as though the media is objective. How elese can one explain 40% of the public wanting a shell of a con-man to be the president?
