I feel very priviledged to have been a student of Ralph Gaither when he lectured to new flight students in Pensacola during our survival training phase. He is quite a gentleman and slow to anger. I believe he wrote "With God in a POW camp" about his time in prison.
Thus, when he says he'd like to "beat he steam out of him" I am reasonably sure CDR Gaither means it.
Newsweek just confirmed the Time poll: 11 point lead, with or without Nader.
Without Nader, btw, it is 54-44.
