I think the big news there is that there aren't as many undecideds.

By the logic (so few undecided) would it not follow that Bush would also get no Bounce?

I've said all summer that there were more undecideds than polling showed and they were showing up in Kerry's numbers. President Bush's support was 88-91% solid in poll after poll but Kerry's solid support was much less. I remember one Gallup poll that had Bush's support self described as solid or firmly committed at 90% while Kerry's supporters were only 71% solid. There was always alot of room for a Bush bounce and it came from those soft Kerry supporters.

President Bush's people are to be commended for an outstanding RNC.
