What IF clinton knew he needed surgery (a President has access to great medicine all the time) and with GW's lovely bounce, this is a nice, convenient way for BOTH clintons NOT to have to campaign for Kerry?
Think about it.....1st) these ARE the clintons we're talking about, and 2nd) they cannot afford to have Kerry win, what with Hitlery's presidential asperations & all.
