Would that it were true. Unfortunately, the Russian military appears to be in pretty bad shape. They have yet to get over their Vietnam (Afghanistan). But this might be enough to get them to focus.

I have a question for everyone: How should we Americans react to such an attack on one of our schools? Should we storm the school like the Russians did?
