I'm guessing that after Putin is done our Patriot Act is going to look awfully fair and balanced. This is the thing that constantly confuses me. It's not like Putin is 'encumbered' by a bill of rights or activist judges or RAT politicians to keep him from doing what needs to be done.
Keeping order is the one thing I would think they would be able to do well.
