Yes, I did notice that. I've also noticed that a large part of his rhetoric is plagerized from the President's campaign. "Hope is on the way"....? That is a steal from Cheney's "Help is on the way" from 2000. There were several other instances that I can't recall right now.
His retoric is like the buzz of a mosquito. With a little patience you can wait till it lands and then swat the hell out of it.
