Nicely stated. (Though England's criminal justice is riddled with PC idiocy as well - their tort system is certainly more reasonable.) In the county where I live, doctors are fleeing and hospitals are closing thanks to the antics of the trial lawyers. It's a complete disaster. We do indeed need serious reform.

That has grip many countries around the world and the US. has got to go.. Some times it is good to offend, and some people well they just need to be offended.
