If he's had a sudden heart attack it's no wonder she's not immediately with him. They weren't in the same city, big deal.

If, however, he found out about this problem yesterday and has undergone quadruple surgery and she didn't bother to drop everything to be with him over the course of 12+ hours... that's different. I think that's a valid question.
