Guess they did a test and found the blockages and decided surgery was immediately necessary. Happened to a friend of mine. He felt weak and dizzy. Hours later he was under the knife.

That's the way it happened with Arthur Ashe, too, and it was damned serious.

Agree. Especially if there are lesions present. That would indicate some prior activity.
