Nope, J. Carter is not entitled to any respect whatsoever, notwithstanding that he once hoodwinked the US electorate.
My only regret re Wm. Jefferson Clinton is that he isn't getting the benefit of the Hillary-Care that he so much wanted.
As for God, may His will be done. I'm certain He isn't through with Clinton.
I believe in the justice, judgement and wrath of God. I will pray and ask God what to pray for him, if at all.

Thats your view, but the truth is the OFFICE is to be respected. He had no respect for the OFFICE he held.
Respecting Clinton and respecting the OFFICE position he held are two different things..
