I HAVE to put in my 2 cents here (okay... that's what it's really worth). I've been here, with most of you, since '98 (2nd handle) denegrating and pointing out the obvious affects of Bill Clinton's "leadership."
But, I must say, I agree with the believers here; this man needs to be saved. I pray that he is truly saved. This is our main responsibility as believers: Praying for those who need to be saved.
I pray this man survives and lives a long life, so that he may come to know God. I pray that he repents and makes it to the Kingdom of Heaven. I pray that this experience changes him and elevates him to a position of strength and advocacy FOR God Almighty.
Okay, sermon over.
You're right. I hope this is his wakeup call.
I hated the man as much , perhaps more, than most. To clarify , I hated his policies, his lying, his appointment of people to postions of trust that had no qualification other than they were a member of one of his voting blocs, raising moral equivalancy to level never seen before .
Saying that if I met the man I probably would have been charmed. He was/is probably on a personal level a quite likable guy.Hate the sin, pray for the sinner. I just wish he was never President. I do not wish him to die. His presidency had many disastrous results for this nation, but to wish him ill speaks more about those wishing that than about him. His actions speak for themselves, and he shall be judged accordingly by one greater than us.
....he will still be alive when the web of deceit about things like his Chinese funny money/give-away of our advanced technology connections, Ron Brown's death, and the mysterious Arkancides get exposed.
