I think I'm a bit more hypoglycemic at times.

My breast bone is better but some folks tell me it's a couple of years in complete healing.

My stamina is better than since my early 20s (when my problems started affecting me...acute myocardial bridge)

I just walked 4 miles and I would advise anyone needing open heart surgery for whatever reason to get it but it's a helluva ride.

Clinton's must not be emergency status although threatening or they would have moved him up to the front triage wise.

...oh yea...I know have pissbad cervical arthritis from the twisting when they split and spread but it beats the alternative....I suppose.

It's worse than a joke. These insurance companies employ armies of people to find ways to determine that you are not covered. For employees it gets worse every year, every year they demand more money, and you are insured for less and less and you pay more. It's way out of control.

I was cut out (born) in 1949 and it cost my parents 31.50 for the whole works. I still have the bill! And it wasn't until the Government got involved in heath care under LBJ that things started to really get out of control. When I get sick, I will just go the with my knowledge and the natural foods ect.,and when I die it will be with the full knowledge that I screwed some doctor out of their Mercedes.

Any type of surgery entails risk. Here's wishing him the best. I hope he's reading the Bible and committing his prayers to the Lord. We should let him know that prayers are being offered for his health and his salvation.

Hillary didn't fail to use Bill's condition as political fuel. She said something to the effect "it's nice that we have health insurance and we hope everyone will be able to have the same."[read socialized medicine]

Now a classy lady and loving wife would have said "He's feeling fine and we're hoping the surgery will go well. I think he's in good hands and I will be by his side."
What a witch she is. At least Bill is likeable. I can't say the same for her.

It was a serious medical question. My sister was on coumadin and it interacted with her cancer treatments and caused her to die one month after cancer diagnosis.

Drug interactions are extremely interesting from a clinical point of view. IF you take any prescribed medication, OTC med or use herbal remedies, please check on interactions. Some medications even react with common foods...some heart medications interact with grapefruit, MAO inhibitors with some cheeses and turkey, IIRC. Double check with your pharmacist or see if your library has a Physician's Desk Reference. Also, ask the pharmacist to include the package insert with your medications...sometimes they just toss them but there is a wealth of info that could be lifesaving. That being said, all the info in the world won't help if you have a reaction to the substance itself...

He seemed to have a lot of swelling under his eyes

He has periods where the swelling under his eyes is more pronounced. Is that typically a sign of any particular problem? Darkness, but not swelling, under the eyes can indicate allergies, especially in children. Clinton never looks particularly dark under the eyes, but the puffiness...is that some kind of fluid retention?
