In 1971, John Kerry partnered with Al Hubbard to create the VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against The War). According to the Sixties Project, VVAW was founded in 1967.
So, Kerry and Hubbard did NOT found the group. But they did take control of the group and convert it into an important propaganda force.
Who put them together? Who set the stage for Lt (jg) John F. Kerry in his rise to prominence?
