Jeb? I hope he's in Florida coodinating the hurricane efforts - the last thing we need to have is Jeb flying to NYC for this while the hurricane bears down on FL.
President Bush should have mentioned that his brother couldn't be there because of the Hurricane, and wished them his prayers and assistance.
