Personally I have always been in favor of legalisation of prostitution., Its really stupid to make something illegal that has existed from the beginning of tiem. What is worse taking money for sex or giving sex for a job, a pay raise, or for that matter a marriage.

Tell me the difference between a prostitute and a woman who marries for money. or for that matter John Kerry a man who marries for money.

AFAIK, sex is the only thing it is legal to give away for free but illegal to sell.

A woman can go out and have sex with as many guys as she wants, but as soon as she charges them for the act, it becomes a crime. Strange.

I guess that's true, semantically. Okay, how about this: being paid for engaging in a sex act is the only aspect of sex between consenting adults that is still illegal in this country. Why does the addition of capitalism into the mix make sex illegal?

Guy at work was fired for downloading gay porn. Gigs and Gigs of porn. He sued, stating that he was fired for his sexual orientation. The reality was that he was canned for violating company policy AND because he was an idiot. Who surfs for porn at work? And downloads it, then turns his PC in to be worked on by the IT staff?
