How do we expose them?

How do we expose and discredit all of these groups as having real communist ties. I bet moveon.org, ACT, ANSWER, code pink, and others would fall apart if the general public knew who and what they're members ares are.

Is there physical proof of how these groups are socialist/communist fronts? How do we expose them?

David Horowitz would probably know. He exposes these organizations all the time on frontpagemag.com!

Of course. For example, just go to the ANSWER website and see who the officers are. Then Google their names.

We did that about a year ago on FR. Unless we can get embedded in a broadcast media that's viewed, read or heard by more people, we'll just be ignored.

But, there's more and more who know it all already. The message is getting out.

The problem is that there's too many who don't know the dangers of communism. THAT is the message we must get out.

I guess it's kind of pointless without an access to MSM to run the message.

Start spreading your findings on other Blogs... You know the usual suspects... Power Line, Instapundit, Red States, JustOneMinute, CaptainsQuarters, Beldar, just to name a few. These are new times and people are in a feeding frenzy to find out what is really going on. Blogs are a sure fire way to get folks interested and start fact checking on there own. No one takes anything at face value, with the Internet and a few keystrokes, facts are checked and rechecked by hundreds if not thousands.

If you're not already a member, join protestwarrior.com and show up for the next counter-protest.

Also, look at some of the sponsoring organizations and google them. For example, Pastors for Peace is a Castro front group.

The Korea Truth Commission orgnizes tours to North Korea that show that everything's hunky-dory in the Communist paradise. I kid you not.

The International Action Center is headed by Ramsey Clark, and there's all sorts of interesting information you can find out about him.

Unfortunately, what you'll find out is that people involved in this sort of thing are sadly resistant to the truth, or will tell you it doesn't much matter as long as they oppose the war. To them, mindless opposition to the war is the most important thing and nothing else matters. They might even say that they're using the organizational talents of these nice folks to make a larger point.

Ask 'em what's wrong with deposiing someone most of them will admit is an evil dictator. They'll respond by saying that then we should have taken out North Korea. Tell 'em we have to do this one dictator at a time, and get their reaction. Tell 'em Saddam was an easier and less risky target at this time, and he was more open in his defiance of international law.

That's what I do. I haven't changed any minds, but I've gotten people to think for a few minutes. Remember that there is tremendous pressure to conform as members of any protest group. If you REALLY want to be insideous, invite 'em for drinks after the protest instead of tackling them DURING the protest.

Or become a Protest Warrior (see link). That's probably as effective as anything you could do.

Good work. I know code pink is run by an old school Bolshevik as well.

already joined PW.I think that we should expose these leftist groups for what they are and 1) destroy the groups 2) discredit their message and 3)prevent the exposed from starting new groups. We shoulkd have gone in for the kill when we had the chance. Back in the 50's and the 80's, communists in America were beaten to the fringes of society. why did we relent?

Folks, I think you might all enjoy my post #10 on this thread.

Ron, I can't believe I forgot to ping you!

Nice article, James! Great work!

Big Guy & Rusty, you're already pinged to #10, but I wanted to add that it's not quite that pointless without the mainstream media. The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth show that if you have a truly effective message, the mainstream media can be forced to cover it. The suggestion someone made to try and get the blogs interested strikes me as a very good one.

The main problem is that many people feel that Communism is so last decade, and anti-communists have often seemed like cranks. So there is a built-in resistance to this message even though it's accurate and not crank-like at all. Sound reasonable and sensible and there should be ways to attract doubt.

Realize that the main line of defense will be the same one Kerry used against the swift vets - "We know you guys are Republicans and supported by Republicans." It's very heartening to see that it didn't work at all against the vets.

The counter-protest movement which Free Republic is spearheading has gotten increasing amounts of press. You should join in on some of our protests, particularly the ones that counter ANSWER. Protestwarrior.com has ideas.

Hope this helps.

D

I humbly recommend a simple solution to your question.

Just quote them; catch them in their own words.

A little creative use of italics and bold font...
Then place them side by side wuth classis marxist platforms and quotables. A little Marx, a little Menin, a little Kruschev.... right alongside the junior Senator from New Yawk... etc... etc.

Regards

We don't necessarily want to eliminate the groups.

Are you shocked?

Consider the unfavourable impression they're making in New York right now. They are hated by New Yorkers and the press is taking note of their destructiveness.

Combine that and a law and order-oriented convention, and you'll see undecideds going to our side.

We'll never eliminate these groups in any event; they have too strong opinions. But we can manipulate them to our ends by taking advantage of their self-destructive nature, and that's almost as good -- if not better.

Al Queda's Fantasy Ideology should give you a better idea of the situation. I know it's long, but read the whole thing and consider its impact on the protest movement.

I think wrestling control of the media/entertainment (I mean they're pretty much the same thing)industry away from lefty should be our main gol. I think the best thing we could do is shut hollywood down. It's not enough to boycott, we need to tell them why we're boycotting and protest them.

My wife and I have already given Hollyood the heave ho, I don't think that's enough. I think we should have people at movie theatres with information to tell people while they shouldn't support the entertainment industry.

I think an idea is like a virus. Spread the disease.

I've been pushing this in here too - as has Defender2 - but why stop with just the fringe groups? The Democratic Party itself is a socialist/communist front. John Kerry has worked on behalf of communist organizations and nations within our Senate for 20 years, and even worked on behalf of the North Vietnamese while in the US Navy. So the corruption of the Rats starts at the top of the party....And it has the hammer and sickle all over it.

Someone on another thread pointed out an interesting fact a couple of days ago regarding this matter as well. Both Kerry and Clinton were mentored by Fullbright. Both of them helped the ChiComs in obtaining our military technology. Note that Kerry's daughter just won a Fullbright scholarship. There's something fishy there. It would be interesting to run a Lexis Nexis search on Fullbright and see how many other traitors pop up.

Add to that the fact that there are 78 members of the Democratic Socialists Of America in CONGRESS right now. That's been public knowledge for some time. I've written letters to the RNC, Real Clear Politics, posted threads in here about it, written to Racicot & Gillespie, and no one wants to use it. WHY???? I'd sure like to know the answer to that one. I fully agree with you that if the voting public knew that the Democrats are in FACT a socialist/communist organization, they'd be voted out of office immediately.

Please keep working on it - the more of us the better.

oh, I know that they might as well be working for the RNC because their actions ultimately help us. At the same time, there are more and more useful idiots who follow them.

I wonder how the communists wrestled control from the real Democrats.

Forgot to add: ANSWER is funded almost completely by North Korea. The question is who are their American enablers? (Other than the AFL-CIO.)
