Well, pulling a Toricelli in NJ is a given, but think
of having to fight that battle in all 50 states.

Tomorrow is the last day for filing candidacy for a federal position. It would already be too late for most of the states to appear on the ballot, but that person would then be eligible to receive write-in votes.
