Yes, the Jim March mentioned in the article is the very same firearms-rights advocate who has done so much good work in the beleagured state of California. A better man would be impossible to find.

I emailed him about this, and this is his response:

"Not only do I 'know about this', I was present to answer technical questions about it when Bev and I did a demo of this stuff for staffers of the California SecState's office Aug. 18th. I did the same demo for a Canadian documentary crew a few days later, and I'll be filming the demo yet again for a piece of video that will be sent to Arnold.

This is FOR REAL. The central tabulator software in any Diebold system (optical scan or touchscreen) was rigged for fraud, and rigged to specifically evade scrutiny during the 1% manual recount mandated by state law."
