Debra Winger came to Lincoln when sKerrey was Governor of Nebraska and swept him off his foot. "The terms of endearment" in that encounter, however were relatively short lived.
Bob Kerrey is nothing but a spoiled brat. When he was governor of Nebraska in the 1980s, his mind was on only one thing: Debra Winger. He bedded her down regularly in the governor's mansion and she would stay in the mansion, drive a state car, and generally waste the taxpayer's money for her own comfort. He never corrected the myth that he had "lost a leg" and let people think that his whole leg had been lost from the hip. The truth is he lost the part of his leg from 6 inches above the ankle on down. He still had over 90% of his leg intact. Since I live in Nebraska, I had to suffer through his term as governor. Kerrey is nothing but a loser who never grew up.
