I must say, I've been very surprised at the growing number of Hispanic Republicans that I've met in recent months. It's growing almost exponentially.

Hi Hispana
I guess I got on board early. Cast my first vote in 1980 as a Republican. That was the first election where I was old enough to vote. I became a Conservative Republican in 1984. Its interesting to note how seeing almost half of your first paycheck go to taxes will do that to you. I became a Christian, Conservative, Republican in 2002.
I'm a mutt with regards to my heritage, Spanish, German, Indian, Moor, but predominantly Mexican and Puerto Rican. The truth is that just like with Americans of African decent, Americans of Hispanic decent have more in common from a religious and cultural standpoint with the Republican Party than the Democratic Party.
Best Regards
Sergio
