The VA Hospital is some distance away -- it's near North Capitol Street and Irving St, N.E.

I am sure this will be spun as one of those "mass hypnosi" things like the plane a few months ago where 10 ppl got sick. They tried to say one person puked and started a chain reaction.

(confirmed that it was pepper spray released by kids, so the following is appropriate)

I've always preferred my buildings to be of brick and mortar. (And what about the poor souls who have to be the foundation? Do they get bathroom breaks while wedged in that tight little space down there?)
