Arnold Schwarzenegger is not a Conservative. He pointed out himself last night that there are many positions among Republicans. I think that is the mistake you are making. Schwarzenegger is a Republican (sort of), not a Conservative. I do not know where Quinn stands on the War on Drugs. I HAVE heard him make pro-drug USE referrences many times. He may have a Conservative stance on some issues that I am not aware of (I think he is big on defense), but he is definitely NOT a conservative himself.
